Warranty Policy
- A valid credit card will be required when booking;
- For reservations by credit card, the same card(s) must be presented upon check-in at the respective hotels;
- Management reserves the right to cancel any booking without notice if we become aware of any fraud or illegal activities associated with full payments received.
Children's policy
- Child under 5 years old: free.
- Child from 5 years old to less than 12 years old: supplement of $10/person/room/night.
- Child from 12 years old or additional adult: supplement of $15/person/room/night.
Cancellation/Amendment Policy
- If the cancellation/modification is made 72 hours before your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If cancellation/modification is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of arrival, the room rate and taxes for the 1st night will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% of the room rate and taxes will be charged.
- Early Bird / Long Stay / Last Minute / Package rates are non-modifiable and non-refundable
Late check-out policy
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- Departure from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: 50% supplement on the room rate
- Departure after 5:00 p.m.: supplement of 100% of the room rate
